Brisket Question
For those willing to entertain beef in a BBQ question, I intend to do a brisket soon. What is the recommended wood? From what I've read, the woods popular for beef seem to be oak, mesquite, and apple.

I recommend the one Andy uses: Ohio Millionaire brisket from Raichlen's book.
Most stuff says use mesquite, but when I've reviwed stuff, it seems hickory is used the most. When I do prime rib, I love the flavor of hickory
